Wow what a variety of food for breakfast and lunch! After perusing the menu for some time I settled for a "Parm Hash" which came in a shallow bowl with small amount of roasted tomatoes and cut up crimini mushrooms covered by home fries (cubed potatoes) and cheese and topped with two eggs. It was fantastic! The service was excellent and really friendly. The restaurant was larger than it looks from the outside and tastefully decorated in contemporary colors and furnishings. Very clean. We will return very often I'm sure!

Always good, always fresh and always healthy. Great service and friendly. Located in a shopping mall so you may have to look for the place but well worth the search. Great for breakfast or lunch.

First time here and I enjoyed my breakfast very much. I had the Eggs Benedict and the portion was just right for one person. It's served with diced potatoes and a side of fresh fruit. The eggs were perfectly poached and the ham portion was very generous. Service was spot on, I was in and out in about 40 minutes. This location is on US 441 next to Publix and The Villages Regional Medical Center.

On vacation from Miami beach! And I must say we checked this place out because of yelp reviews and they were spot on! I felt like gourmet dining with the plates coming out fast & no grease on the plate. Was full but not gross feeling I felt light and clean Tanya was our server and she recommended the summer dishes that were ending on Monday The BLT Bendict was out of this world The brûlée banana waffles soooo delicious We are coming back tomorrow and wish there was one of these in Miami Thank you for the amazing food fantastic service and a breakfast to remember

We have been coming once a week for over a year. During the past month's visits, we've noticed a decrease in service and food quality. I'm really hoping it is just a growing phase with new staff. Today, our server was very inattentive and my son and I got our good a full 10 minutes before my husband received his (on Father's Day). The new breakfast tacos came with cold corn tortillas which made the whole taco cold. I'm not giving up yet because I love this place. Please get it together :(

Great breakfast selections from the usual breakfast fare and lots of healthy options as well. The place is bright and cheerful.

Good. Sometimes can be a miss but most of the time it's a hit. Husband and I go here often and I would recommend

I had the breakfast special sandwich that was nothing short of delicious. My husband's granola bowl was filled with yummy fruit and they even brought by extra granola and milk for him. Our server, Lindsey, was delightful and attentive. We will be back.

This is one of the best places to eat in the villages and Ocala. We go there as often as possible. Everything they make is fresh to order, so be patient. So worth the wait. If you haven't been, you need to go.

Excellent fresh tasty food for lunch. We are planning to come back for breakfast too soon. We had grilled turkey sandwich and Santa Fe salad. Also had a roast beef sandwich. All very tasty. Our server Tonya was simply terrific. Place is very cheery and very clean.

Second time to a First Watch, first time here. I tried one of the specials - Smoked Salmon & Roasted Vegetable Frittata. Pretty darn good! Everything on the menu looked really good. Great place for breakfast or lunch. Always a good atmosphere and pretty good service. We'll be back again.

Pretty good place to eat. It's a franchise restaurant but it was way better than a Denny's or a Cocos. Glad we stopped by good service good food.

First Watch's menu has many unusual selections. Harvest Hash is my favorite. Each of us always gets our own pot of coffee or water for tea. We are always served quickly by friendly waitresses. We love the spaciousness of the restaurant. You don't have to listen to the conversation of others.

I'm visiting from Palm Desert, CA and it was recommended that this is a great and healthy lunch/brunch place in the area. It was very busy when we got there, but it was worth the wait. We all had the special Revelation Hash with two poached eggs and hollandaise sauce...it was delicious! The hash was made with potatoes, turkey sausage and crimini mushrooms. It was served with a green side salad and a lemon vinegarette...very light and tasty. It was perfect as we continued on our marathon shopping day in the area. I will be back soon because I'll be back visiting soon and we all enjoyed it. The service was very good and very friendly...a definite restaurant to be a return patron!

If you like crispy pancakes, come here!! I just had a bite of a friends, and i wish I had ordered pancakes instead. Although my eggs benedict were pretty good too. You wouldn't expect this kinda joint with a name like "first watch." Great service, clean, pay upfront, the wait for food was a bit slow, but it was understandable with the amount of patrons at the time. Healthy fresh food at acceptable prices. I would choose this place over Dennys any day.

I've been visiting The Villages for over a week and desired a breakfast/lunch outside The Villages that was not a chain restaurant . Thanks to the peeps on yelp and the true reviews of this establishment I found this great place. If you desire fresh, healthy breakfast Lunch food this is the place. And the service is equally great! Enjoy!

The place has good servers the food is very good and they have my favorite soup which I haven't been to a place yet that has it there so that's a plus. My boyfriend is even going to apply there cuz we loved it so much.

First watch is a great place for an inventive meal or a fresh breakfast staple. I have had the market hash here, and it was awesome. It's a combo of goat cheese and spinach and zucchini and a perfect over medium egg (or egg of your choice). I've also had the blueberry multigrain pancakes. At first I was weary- a healthy pancake, that seems counterintuitive! But it was delicious and loaded with blueberries and slightly guilt free. The coffee was great and they put the pot in front if you so you never have to worry about going empty, which I appreciate. The prices were reasonable. The staff here was awesome. It's got to take a special kind of person to serve at The Villages, because the clientele is..... talkative and loaded with stories but also very particular. The manager here was very kind, the waitress efficient and they were accommodating when my table had a special request. The decor was simple and kind of boring. It was busy on Sunday during brunch, but the wait wasn't too long.

We always enjoy a great breakfast or lunch here. Very pleasant in décor, attentive staff and lots of delicious food choices which includes really fresh and healthy choices too.

Went to First Watch for the first time on Saturday. It was an overall great experience. I had the fresh fruit crepes, pumpkin muffin, and granola. It was delicious and our service was spot on. I will definitely return and am looking forward to trying their lunch!

Generally a good place for breakfast and lunch but not always! Previous visits were good but lunch today was so-so. My omelet was only slightly warm and the English muffins were very under toasted. Service was fine. Would go again but will watch to see if they are losing it. More words of wisdom from Frank X .... "Just because they have a good reputation or you have heard something good about it...... does NOT MEAN they are always good"

I eat here frequently. The services is great and the food wonderfully healthy and delicious. Not your usual breakfast and lunch eatery. Try it out.

I am so excited this place finally opened! I went today for my lunch break. It was fairly busy, and I was kind of afraid the wait would be so long I'd be retired by the time I was seated, but I was surprised to find a short wait. I was seated before the time quoted, greeted quickly, and my lunch (a muesli pancake that was gigantic) came pretty fast. All in all, a good experience for my first visit to this new location.

I've eaten here several times after golfing with friends & have always been satisfied. The food & service are great. Very clean too!

I used to go to the one in Orlando. It was always great service and great food. This one is just as good. I would recommend you give it a try..
